Medical Representative

based in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Main responsibilities of the role are: 

•   Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals
•   Driving product awareness, presenting to healthcare professionals (HCPs), and meeting or exceeding sales targets
•   Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
•   Developing an in-depth understanding of company products, including usage, dosage, and side effects
•   Keeping updated with market trends, analyzing competitor products, and providing feedback to the company
•   Analyzing sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
•   Attending and organizing conferences, congresses and meetings
•   Maintaining detailed records, scheduling meetings, and managing territory budgets

The successful candidate should have: 

•   Healthcare or Life sciences related university degree
•   1-2 years of successful sales experience in the pharma industry
•   Advanced collaboration and communication skills
•   Very good knowledge of English language
•   Very good IT skills
