Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end transport operations and ensure timely execution
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and manage service timelines
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and partners to secure capacity and manage shipments
• Track shipments, resolve delays/issues, and handle exceptions or claims
• Communicate with customers and provide regular updates
• Prepare and maintain transport documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards

Requirements, Skills & Success Indicators:

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Experience in logistics, auto transport, moving, or transportation operations (GSA experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and transport/logistics systems (TMS)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently/remotely with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work US business hours (based on assigned time zone)
• Knowledge of vehicle transport regulations and carrier operations is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong team player
