Role Overview

We’re looking for a NAV/BC Consultant to help align business processes with ERP setup, from requirements through to implementation and continuous improvement. You’ll be joining an experienced team focused on delivering business-critical software solutions, with a solid footprint across Southeast Europe.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or MS Dynamics Business Central — minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant/implementer for Navision Finance (candidates with knowledge of additional modules and MS Dynamics Business Central will have an advantage).
• Knowledge of local legislation and business practices, with a focus on accounting and finance.
• Active knowledge of English and a Category B driver’s license (active driver).
• Experience in the finance/accounting sector.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• A university degree (Bachelor's) or vocational studies related to economics.

We are primarily looking for candidates with hands-on experience in accounting and finance, who have also worked as NAV or ERP consultants.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in accounting/financial roles and/or a relevant degree, as well as to those who are willing to compensate for any gaps through dedication, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
