Role Overview
As a New Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and converting inquiries into loyal customers. This is a sales-oriented role focused on phone-based interactions, where you’ll set up inspections, sell and setup standardized service packages, and close deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for persuasive communication, this is your chance to excel and earn bonuses based on your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and outbound calls to prospective US-based clients, providing tailored consultations on our field services.
- Onboard new clients by scheduling inspections, explaining service options, and ensuring a seamless setup process.
- Sell standardized service packages over the phone, highlighting value, benefits, and competitive pricing to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the field service team to coordinate inspections and resolve any initial client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock bonuses and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a similar phone-based role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (fluent verbal and written; additional languages a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working US business hours (e.g., evenings in Serbia) to align with client availability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday or similar) and Google Workspace suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
