Role Overview

As a New Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and converting inquiries into loyal customers. This is a sales-oriented role focused on phone-based interactions, where you’ll set up inspections, sell and setup standardized service packages, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and outbound calls to prospective US-based clients, providing tailored consultations on our field services.
  • Onboard new clients by scheduling inspections, explaining service options, and ensuring a seamless setup process.
  • Sell standardized service packages over the phone, highlighting value, benefits, and competitive pricing to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the field service team to coordinate inspections and resolve any initial client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock bonuses and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a similar phone-based role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (fluent verbal and written; additional languages a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working US business hours (e.g., evenings in Serbia) to align with client availability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday or similar) and Google Workspace suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
