Key work activities:

• Welcoming the guests, providing them with outstanding Moxy experience and making sure they are happy with their stay.
• Processing everyday tasks in Front Office like check in and check out of the guests, doing sale of hotel services, preparing guests billing for the payment, handling guest complaints, providing them with all necessary information, processing reservations.
• Working closely with the F&B team on implementing the unique Moxy concept of Check in at the bar.
• Registration of the guests in E-turista platform.
• Following procedures and Moxy standards in all segments.
• Accurate and responsible performance of work tasks.
• Audit and balance reports from the day shifts.
• Preparing all necessary night reports and run the end of the day in the system.
• Check and prepare guests bill for the next day and check all the reservations on arrivals.

Required qualifications and candidate profile:

• Previous working experience at the same position is desirable.
• Experience working in OPERA is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Computer skills.
• Candidate who is fun, positive and team player.
