In 2025, QSLIFT, a Chinese company specializing in pallet truck and forklift manufacturing, officially entered Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, introducing high cost-performance electric pallet trucks and electric forklifts to the Serbian market and the wider Balkan region (including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, etc.).

We focus on providing efficient, reliable, and sustainable material handling solutions for customers in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

Fueled by rapid business growth, we are now seeking a proactive and responsible Office Assistant to support our daily operations. As a key link between the company and clients, you will play an integral role in both daily business management and product promotion initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visiting clients, fostering a professional and friendly communication environment
• Clearly present the core advantages and supporting services of our products to clients
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, Facebook and Instagram in a timely manner
• Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure efficient delivery arrangements for customer orders
• Liaise with accounting firms, customs authorities, customs clearance agencies, logistics providers and banks to handle daily corporate communication matters

Whom We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree or above; major in mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred (Its NOT a MUST)
• Must be available for full-time employment
• Meticulous, highly responsible, with excellent communication, coordination and execution skills
• Language proficiency: Native Serbian speaker; English level B2 or above (with the ability to conduct bilingual communication proficiently)
