Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management / office administration role
- Second level of education
- Independent working habit
- Proactive, problem solving attitude
- Experience in daily usage of MS Office & ERP software
- Fluent english language (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of event industry is an advantage
Tasks:
- Ensures the administrative operation of the company
- Performs banking and accounting tasks
- Organizes the administrative / back office activity
- Supervises the operational tasks related to the company’s marketing activity
- Supports the company's director with daily tasks
- Organizing meetings & events
