IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

• Monitoring the operation of the system and taking all the necessary actions for its smooth operation
• Data processing according to defined methodology, instructions and requirements
• Keeping a processing log
• Checking and controlling of performed assigned operations
• In case of errors and problems in processing, in accordance with the defined process, makes corrections and continues processing;
• In case of errors and problems in processing for which there is no defined correction, informs the competent colleagues about the incident and after correction by the competent IT or support services continues processing
• Cooperation with other parts of the organization when it comes to cross-functional work
• Participation in creating processes, procedures and instructions
• Prepares information, reports and analyses from the field of work
• Participates in solving incidents and problems in the work of automated processes implemented through sql jobs, services, automatic processing 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Formal education in IT
• Minimum one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• Understanding banking technology and processes
