Job Description:

We are seeking an Operator (Pilot Line) / Engineering Technician to support pilot-scale production activities. The role involves operating production equipment, ensuring stable product output, and supporting experimental and development work within the pilot manufacturing area.

Responsibilities (Tasks):

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pilot-scale production equipment, including a three-roll mill, ploughshare mixer, jet mill, and related systems, in compliance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness, proper condition, and operational readiness; promptly identify and resolve equipment deviations or malfunctions.
• Monitor production processes to achieve optimal performance, maximize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
• Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); report any safety risks, incidents, or near-misses to the supervisor.
• Maintain production logs, technical documentation, and prepare operational reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Secondary technical education is required 

Required Experience:

• Technical understanding of industrial equipment design and operating principles, preferably including three-roll mills.
• Experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured production environment.
• Knowledge of Russian language is considered an advantage
