For our team in Svilajnac we are looking for: Order Processing Specialist / Sales Support

YOUR TASKS

• Independent processing and coordination of customer orders
• Ensuring fast, accurate, and reliable order handling
• Clarifying inquiries with customers and internal departments
• Close cooperation with the Sales Field Team
• Direct communication with customers regarding delivery dates and scheduling
• Coordination with Production Planning to prioritize and adjust deliveries
• Working mainly in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Managing and processing orders through our E-Shop

YOUR PROFILE

• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• German skills are an advantage (writing more important than speaking)
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and team spiritin MS office and ERP systems
