Here are the qualifications you need for the position

The purpose of this role is to implement and execute tasks within seven areas: control monitoring, process and controls management, continuous process improvement framework, compliance, assurance, risk management, and fraud management.

• University degree in Economics or Management.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient SAP user
• English language (advanced level, written and verbal).
• Experience in the Finance Department of multinational companies, at least for 4 years. Preferred experience in Big Four
• Experience in project management

What should be your task?

• Process and Control Management, Compliance
• Implement a comprehensive Risk Management activity by coordinating and stimulating the discussion with Management Team and ensure that mitigating actions are created and maintained correctly.
• Ensures that processes and controls are created, implemented, and run in accordance with Heineken policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborates with local management to ensure that the global process design and management methods are implemented in the company and carry out checks on the main business processes in order to identify the risks and assess any impacts, based on the risk and control matrix (RACM, Risk & Control Matrix) identified by the Global team.
• Ensures that controls are completely integrated into the design of the processes and continuously monitors the process performance indicators to detect any risk or potential for improvement.
• Establishes process-related policies and oversees process improvement. Examines new policies and changes created in accordance with the Heineken framework.
• Improves the overall control environment and spread the culture of internal control also with the use of a monthly survey
• Carry out anti-fraud investigations once the event has taken place ensuring the required reporting including the necessary preventive actions

• Continuous Process Improvement
• Manages continuous process improvement in various processes by adopting innovation and creating self-capabilities for process improvement via training.
• Challenges existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyzes the influence of the modification on the process and working methods.
• Challenges existing policies based on operational practices.
