Pantheon ERP specialist

Our Serbia office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Pantheon ERP Specialist . 

Job description:

• Manage and maintain the Pantheon ERP software system
• Perform regular software updates and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and organization within the system
• Develop custom reports
• Train team members on how to effectively use the software
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues
• Develop internal guidelines and best practices for software usage
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure all data and processes remain organized and secure
• Coordinate with management to implement new features or improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• Experience in Pantheon ERP software is a must
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good communication ability
• Good knowledge of MS SQL
• Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
