Payroll Accountant

End-to-End Payroll Ownership

• Manage full monthly payroll process for all employees and workers.
• Calculate salaries based on approved attendance, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and processed on time.

Payroll Data & Validation

• Collect inputs from Labour Manager and HR.
• Verify attendance, overtime, salary changes, and employment status.
• Resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.

Salary Calculation & Compliance

• Calculate base pay, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Apply correct tax and social security rates.
• Ensure full compliance with labor and tax regulations.

Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare payroll journals and allocate costs to correct projects/cost centers.
• Submit required reports to tax and social authorities.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and contributions.

Records & Confidentiality

• Maintain complete payroll documentation.
• Protect payroll data confidentiality.
• Support audits when required.

Lifecycle & Changes

• Process payroll changes (new hires, salary changes, leave, terminations).
• Ensure accurate final settlements.

Reporting & Risk Control

• Provide monthly payroll summaries to Finance.
• Identify and escalate payroll risks.
• Continuously improve payroll accuracy and controls.

You Bring

• Experience in payroll accounting or payroll administration
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll taxes, and social contributions
• Experience handling payroll for large or foreign workforce is a strong advantage
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Clear communication and coordination skills
