What you’ll do:

• Implementation of marketing activities for the SRB market in the field of contact centres and customer care (target group B2B area)
• Communication and presentation of product portfolio including USP of individual products
• Planning, setup and optimization of performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance) and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Driving measurable results through lead generation campaigns, ensuring quality and cost-efficient CPL (cost per lead)
• Continuous analysis, reporting, and optimization of PPC activities to maximize ROI and conversion rates
• Organization of on-site events in SRB

• A systematic and organized marketer, able to deliver individual marketing activities.
• Hands-on approach
• Someone who enjoys the technology field and wants to promote a modern technology company, ideally with experience in a similar field (B2B SaaS)
• Previous experience with online digital marketing tools
• Ability to write marketing-product oriented text with appropriate tone-of-voice and relevant arguments for the reader
• Fluent, advanced level of English
