Pit Boss (Game Kontent Studio)

An international studio producing content for iGaming operators is expanding its team and inviting an experienced Pit Boss to join the company. The Pit Boss will be responsible for supervising gaming operations, ensuring safety standards, and managing the gaming floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Мonitoring of all gaming processes in the casino hall.
• Ensuring compliance with game rules and internal company policies.
• Monitoring the performance of game presenters and shufflers, maintaining a high level of discipline.
• Managing tables: opening, closing, and publishing them for clients.
• Monitoring the hall for suspicious activity or attempted fraud.
• Hourly checks of video recordings, audio, and equipment functionality.
• Daily inspection of gaming and studio equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
• Verifying player game statuses and correctness of payouts.
• Reporting incidents to relevant departments with full details.
• Hands-on training of new Pit Boss staff.
• Meeting KPIs and maintaining quality and speed standards of all processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of game rules, procedures, and casino operations.
• Understanding of compliance standards within the gambling industry.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (mandatory).
• Ability to work with monitoring systems, back-office tools, and video surveillance.
• Strong leadership skills: coordination, oversight, conflict resolution.
• High responsibility and attention to detail.
• Stress resistance and ability to make quick decisions.
• Clear communication, organization, and proactiveness.
