About the Position
We are seeking an experienced industrial executive to assume full leadership responsibility for a manufacturing site in Serbia and play a defining role in its next stage of growth and modernization.
The position offers real executive authority, strong investment backing, and the mandate to actively shape strategy, performance, and long-term competitiveness. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, this position provides the platform to drive performance uplift, implement modernization initiatives, and strengthen the site’s competitive position within an international industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Full P&L responsibility for the Serbian manufacturing entity
  • Overall leadership of daily operations across production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, HSE, and all supporting functionand support functions    
  • Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization across the plant
  • Lead performance stabilization and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Define and execute mid- to long-term site development strategy
  • Ensure successful delivery of major CAPEX and modernization projects
  • Implement structured KPIs and performance management systems
  • Strengthen operational processes in line with international group standards
  • Build, lead, and develop a strong local management team
  • Act as the key interface to Group leadership and external stakeholders

Requierements

  • University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
  • Minimum 5 years in senior plant leadership or country management role
  • Strong background in structured, high-performance production environments operating under international standards
  • Proven full P&L responsibility
  • Experience in managing complex 24/7 production operations
  • Demonstrated experience with industrial CAPEX projects
  • Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities
  • Fluent English and Serbian
