We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven PPC Manager who specializes in lead generation campaigns (not ecommerce).
Our agency manages 30+ active advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and occasionally Microsoft Ads. Most campaigns are non-branded search campaigns focused on generating new leads, so optimization discipline and structured account management are critical.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systematically improving campaign performance through ongoing optimization, rather than reacting to issues after they arise.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Focus on high-intent lead generation
- Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Maximize lead volume and lead quality
Structured Campaign Optimization:
- Maintain a consistent and proactive optimization workflow across all accounts.
Weekly Optimization:
- Search term analysis and negative keyword management
- Bid adjustments and keyword performance evaluation
- Ad performance reviews and testing new variations
- Budget pacing and allocation adjustments
- Monitoring Quality Score drivers
Bi-Weekly / Monthly Reviews:
- Account structure audits
- Competitive and impression share analysis
- Conversion quality evaluation
- Landing page performance review
- A/B testing analysis
Quarterly Strategy Reviews:
- Identify new campaign opportunities
- Evaluate channel expansion opportunities
- Review account structure and scaling opportunities
Lead Generation Campaign Optimization
Manage and optimize lead generation funnels, including:
- Google Search campaigns
- Meta lead generation campaigns
- Meta remarketing funnels
- LinkedIn B2B lead campaigns
Focus on improving:
- Cost per lead
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
Ad Creation & Testing
- Write and test ad copy across platforms
- Continuously launch and monitor ad variations to improve:
- CTR
- Quality Score
- Conversion rates
Landing Page & Meta Creatives Collaboration
- Work with designers and developers to improve landing page performance
- Provide guidance on:
- Landing page messaging
- Conversion optimization
- Alignment between ads and landing pages
- Meta creatives (image and video)
Reporting & Client Communication
- Provide clear reporting and insights through:
- Looker Studio reports
- Campaign summaries
- Performance recommendations
- Respond to client questions via Basecamp
- Maintain professional and timely communication
Emerging Advertising Channels
- Stay informed on developments in:
- AI-driven advertising
- Conversational search ads
- Emerging PPC platforms
- Help evaluate and test new opportunities
Required Experience
Lead Generation PPC Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years managing lead generation campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and at least one additional platform (Meta or LinkedIn)
Process-Driven Campaign Management:
- Strong structured workflow for managing PPC accounts, including:
- Regular negative keyword management
- Quality Score improvement
- Ad testing frameworks
- Ongoing optimization
- Ability to manage 30+ accounts using clear prioritization and task tracking systems
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Strong ability to analyze data and improve:
- Conversion rates
- Cost per lead
- Ad engagement
- Campaign efficiency
Communication Skills:
- Ability to clearly explain performance insights and recommendations to clients
Certifications (Preferred):
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- LinkedIn Marketing Certification
