As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Pricing, Promotion & Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.

What will your role be?

• Ensure correct implementation of pricing strategy across all stores and channels;
• Maintain and coordinate the promotional calendar with Category Management and Marketing;
• Monitor price competitiveness and promotional execution in stores;
• Coordinate supplier participation and trade marketing activities;
• Track marketing income and promotional performance;
• Analyze promotion effectiveness (ROI, sales uplift) and support data-driven commercial decisions;
• Prepare pricing, promotion, and trade marketing reports;
• Team leadership.

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field;
• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, trade marketing, category management, or commercial operations;
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of pricing and promotional mechanics;
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage;
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Good communication skills and good command of English (written and spoken).
