Process Engineer – Warehouse Process Engineer (Warehouse Logistics)

For our newly establishedwarehouse entity in Serbia, we are looking for a Process Engineer who will take responsibility for the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Position Objective

To design, implement, and optimize warehouse processes so they are efficient, safe, measurable, and sustainable in the long term. This role has a direct impact on warehouse performance, costs, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• design, mapping, and optimization of warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping)
• creation of detailed process, operational, and technical documentation
• conducting time studies, designing work standards and layouts
• increasing productivity, quality, and efficiency of warehouse operations
• proposing changes to material handling and storage equipment
• cooperation on budgets, capacity models, and ROI calculations
• supporting the implementation of new warehouse flows and operational changes
• active participation in the start-up of a new warehouse and optimization projects
• defining and evaluating KPIs (productivity, quality, capacity utilization)
• close cooperation with operations, engineering, and IT / WMS teams
• documentation of changes and updates of standards and work instructions
• preparation and delivery of training for users and key warehouse roles
• mentoring and sharing know-how within the Process & System team
• playing a key role in implementing new processes and operational changes
• supporting the implementation of 5S and Lean principles in the warehouse environment
• monitoring trends and standards in warehouse logistics

Requirements

• experience in process engineering within a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• very good understanding of warehouse processes and operations
• experience with time studies, KPIs, Lean / 5S
• ability to translate operational reality into processes and standards
• analytical mindset, structured approach, and strong attention to detail
• ability to drive and implement change in an operational environment
• communicative level of English required – daily communication in an international environment
