Summary

Within our organization, many new partnerships are being established that have a major impact on our current processes. In the coming months and years, several major challenges lie ahead to ensure their successful rollout. The new multi-access strategy adds an additional layer of complexity.

The CoE Incubation team within CUO‑PRC is responsible for defining, industrializing, and continuously improving end‑to‑end processes in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience, support growth, and reduce costs. We form the essential bridge between strategic projects and operational activities and provide strong support for the implementation of various initiatives, always with a focus on the end user.

We work transversally (cross business unit) and continuously align with network deployment as well as go‑to‑market and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• You participate in core team meetings of projects, contributing constructively to solution design and to defining the related process requirements.
• You are responsible for the implementation of these processes (communication, test validation, etc.) together with the project team.
• You have a strong focus on change management and use the ADKAR methodology to guide our internal customers through the change journey.
• You identify (digital) improvement opportunities, supported by facts and figures, both for customers and for operational teams.
• You analyze the options and develop a clear action plan.
• You present and validate this with stakeholders to secure the necessary buy‑in.
• You keep internal customers informed about status and relevant changes throughout the trajectory.
• You ensure alignment with colleagues from CUO PRC, with whom you work in a dotted‑line structure.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in process management.
• You have knowledge of business process management.
• Your knowledge of ordering and provisioning processes is a strong asset.
• You are customer‑oriented.
• You are structured, analytical, solution‑driven, and results‑oriented.
• You have an eye for innovation.
• You take initiative.
• You are able to set the right priorities (main vs. secondary; short vs. long term).
• You have a smooth communication style and can explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
• You are able to negotiate and facilitate in difficult, sometimes conflicting situations.
• Teamwork is a top priority for you; you are diplomatic and able to build bridges where needed.You have a solid knowledge of English.
