Position: Process Improvement - Supplier Coordination Specialist

Location: Kragujevac, Serbia

Engagement Type: Part-time, hourly-based engagement
Project Duration: 8–10 weeks
Schedule: 2–4 days per week

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to support and improve collaboration between the customer and supplier. The role focuses on creating full transparency in processes, tracking ongoing actions, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented measures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing clear communication and transparency between customer and supplier
  • Monitoring and tracking action plans and their outcomes
  • Ensuring alignment between implemented measures and actual results
  • Focusing on internal KPIs and driving performance improvements
  • Analyzing and optimizing highly manual assembly processes


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with injection molding, lamination, and leather covering processes
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in process optimization and KPI tracking
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
