Product Industrialization Engineer

We are looking for PRODUCT INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER to join our Project team in Niš, Serbia.

General purpose of the job: To be responsible for the technical aspect of projects execution, whole process flow definition and documentations, line balancing and technical resource forecasting and APQP; To support existing projects throughout its lifecycle including Engineering change control and product end of life activities.

Main responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Takes part in the development and implementation of projects within approved policies and guidelines;
• Liaises with customers, suppliers and other parties regarding technical and technological concerns;
• Defines the whole process flow, documentations (WI) and Process characterization and validation;
• Defines tools and gauges;
• Defines equipment requirements and technical specifications;
• Ensures availability of equipment and other tooling including validation of dedicated tools and equipment;
• Makes training of operators;
• Ensures process optimization and Lean approach;
• Product Cycle time monitoring;
• Ensures the engineering change control so that all engineering changes are properly managed, track, recorded and
  implemented;
• Prepares FDPR and audit checklists.

2. Standard Setting

• Participates in the determination of standard times.

3. Environment, Health and Safety

• Complies with and ensures that all equipment used in the project complies with applicable safety and health protocols in the workplace such as EHS, ISO, etc.
• Coordinates with the units in charge of labor safety and environmental protection are well-informed of the operations/processes/product/consumables that could have adverse impact to the environment;
• Establishes and maintains contact with customers on technical and technological issues related to the environment;
• Performs official duties in accordance with the Quality and Environment, Health and Safety policies as well as long-term and short-term goals of the company;
• Strictly observes regulations for healthy and safe working conditions.

Required personal and professional skills:

• Technical University degree (preferably in the field of engineering);
• At least three years of related work experience (work experience at supervisory/specialist level is an advantage);
• Knowledge of the engineering and quality standards;
• Background in project management and financial analysis;
• Computer literacy (Microsoft, SAP and other necessary programs/applications);
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage;
• Effective customer relations management skills;
• Effective presentation skills;
• Strong decision-making skills.
