• Creating, developing, and implementing product strategy in close cooperation with the regional team for Eastern Europe.
• Managing the life cycle of all new and existing products, including accessories, detergents, and AKW services.
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of the competition (price analysis, marketing activities, and target groups) in relation to the own product portfolio.
• Close cooperation with local sales teams to ensure efficient information exchange and a consistent approach to product management across the entire region.
• Providing comprehensive (end-to-end) support to sales teams during the entire sales process to achieve planned results.
• Working together with sales teams on the preparation and monitoring of monthly sales forecasts.
• Cooperation with the marketing team on the preparation, revision, and localization of marketing materials for the product portfolio.
• Creating and updating adequate sales and technical materials that directly support field sales activities.
• Organizing and leading events for new product launches to educate and engage existing and potential customers.
• Active participation in product demonstrations, professional trade fairs, and field days.
• Establishing and continuously maintaining partner relationships with AKW and relevant bodies and institutions in the industry.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in product management or a similar role is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and solve complex logical processes.
• Highly organized and accurate, with a structured, targeted, and timely approach to work.
• Proactive and independent, yet possessing a strong team spirit and the ability to work effectively within a group.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace; SAP is a plus).
• Reliable and flexible professional, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Readiness for occasional travel within the region.
