Product Support Specialist

Our expertise is focused on several different industry sectors such as Fintech, iGaming, and e-commerce industries, supporting more than 10+ languages.

WorkaNova is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our office in Belgrade.

Required technical skills:

• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with SQL queries
• Strong understanding of filtering logic and conditional rules
• Ability to think in logical operators
• Experience with data segmentation
• Advanced spreadsheet skills like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions
• Experience with regular expressions (regex)
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
