Production Coordinator

The company Toyo Tire Serbia was established in 2019, and construction of a plant started in 2020, with production kicked off in 2022. The plant encompasses Tire Test track and the first bifacial and currently the largest Solar Power plant in Serbia.

Job description:

• Coordinates and controls safety, production, maintenance and quality
• Plans and leads proper maintenance and cleanliness of machines, equipment and facilities
• Suggests improvements and modifications in procedures, standards, specifications, methods and equipment.
• Implements approved programs or projects
• Operational production shift planning through Plan Visage in coordination with production planners
• Announcing the plan by production lines and priorities
• Checking the alignment of the plan with the available capacities, materials and available workforce
• Monitoring the implementation of the plan
• Identification of deviations from the production plan due to downtime, drop in productivity, quality problems
• Rapid reorganization of the plan in case of equipment failure, lack of materials, quality problems, lack of manpower
• Defining alternative scenarios: changing the sequence of orders, redirecting to other lines and redistributing capacity by shifts
• Active communication with production, maintenance and technology for quick resolution of downtime
• Keeping records on the implementation of the plan, reasons for deviations and extraordinary interventions
• Performs other tasks as ordered by the line manager

To be successful in this role, you would have:

• Minimum High school IV degree 
• 2- 3 years of experience of supervisory/coordinator experience are required in the manufacturing environment
• Operational knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of work in MS Office package
• Teamwork and participatory management style
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Preferably problem-solving, leadership, and people management experience
• Good knowledge of plant processes
• Readiness to work in shifts
