Location: Deč (Belgrade, Šimanovci)

Job purpose:

Prepares the production planning according to customer's forecasts and orders in order to guarantee the capacity adequacy and production requirements. Monitoring, analysis and balance of finished goods stock.

Job descriptions:

• Prepares production planning following customer's forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and customers’ requirements.                                               
• Updates and communicates production planning and PO's responding to firm orders priorities, extra orders and urgent delivery requests.                                                 
• Inspects level and balance of the inventory and updates production planning accordingly in order to anticipate overstock, out of stock situation and overdue late schedule.                                                                                                  
• Daily and weekly follows up on-going production plan realization, and reports potential gaps.                                                                                            
• Planning the ordering of outsourced products in accordance with customer requirements and their forecasts                                                                                          
• Monitoring of deliveries of ordered outsourced products and timely escalation due to deviations                                                                                      
• Prepares Production planning and outbounded logistics KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the Logistics Department and company's objectives.                                                                
• Performs other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non-disclosure agreement.

Education:

• Bachelor/ university degree - technical field would be an advantage

Experience: 

• 1 year of experience in industrial environment

LANGUAGE/ SOFTWARE /Behavioural skills

• Good English
• Computer skills (advanced Excel)
• Dynamic, disciplined, organized, determined, autonomous
• Communication skills
