Production Shift Lead

As a Production Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our SSD production lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, problem solving) and ensure high standards of product quality and workplace organization.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to plan repairs, improvements, and ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities
• Monitor performance indicators, report results to the Production Manager, and propose improvements to optimize processes, costs, and team efficiency.
• Manage and develop the shift team by assigning responsibilities, setting clear goals, supporting problem solving, and identifying training needs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards related to quality, environmental protection, health & safety, and operational procedures.
• Lead and coordinate shift operations in the filling/production area, ensuring efficient execution of daily activities and achievement of production targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School / University degree of a technical/mechanical field.
• MS Office proficiency.
• English language proficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
