Production Supervisor

In this key production leadership role, you will drive daily operational excellence by ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. This is an opportunity to shape a high‑performing production environment and make a direct impact on business results.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external customer requirements, using the assigned personnel, equipment, and budget
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement by leading, training, and developing the team
• Managing and developing people within Production
• Contributing to and monitoring processes (e.g., Kaizen workshops) and ways of working to achieve world‑class manufacturing standards, using Lean management principles
• eporting on and improving key performance indicators such as Safety, Cost, Delivery, and People
• Meeting production plans and developing capacity and resource plans to ensure a flexible response to demand
• Managing corrective actions when necessary to resolve technical, safety, or quality issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and accident‑prevention standards

Skills & Experience

• Preffered University degree, Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in leading teams and working in a production environment
• Experience with soldering in accordance with IPC standards is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and hands‑on presence on the shop floor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Solid PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Willingness to work in two shift schedule (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)
