Your Mission

1. Coordination & Communication

• Be the central hub: Act as the main point of contact between our Serbian architectural teams and our German headquarters.
• Drive clarity: Prepare and present progress updates to the CEO and key stakeholders.
• Solve challenges: Identify coordination issues early and resolve them quickly and effectively.

2. Project Planning & Management

• Plan strategically: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and ensure all milestones are met.
• Allocate smartly: Coordinate resources to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage risks: Spot potential risks in advance and take proactive measures.
• Ensure quality: Safeguard the highest standards across all project phases.

3. Technical Leadership

• Review with precision: Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with project goals and specifications.
• Support the team: Provide technical guidance and expertise to architects and partners.

4. Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor progress: Track project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Analyze & report: Prepare deep-dive analyses and data-driven performance reports.
• Innovate: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and elevate project outcomes.

Your Profile

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field; a PhD is a plus.
• German language is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator who enjoys motivating people and uniting teams.
• Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with international teams is an advantage.
• Motivated, flexible, resilient, and ready to take ownership.
• Confident user of project management tools and MS Office.
