Role Description

As our Belgrade office expands into new markets, we are looking for a Project Coordinator with professional fluency in English and one of the following languages: Norwegian and/or Swedish to join our growing international team.  
This role is primarily focused on providing comprehensive support to Key Account Managers and Team Leaders, ensuring smooth management of client inquiries and project-related activities. 

Requirements

• We encouraged candidates with relevant professional experience and a suitable background to apply. 
• Sales, Communication, Tourism, or similar experience are advantages.  
• Fluency in English and 1 of the following languages: Norwegian and/or Swedish (professional level or native speaker). 
• Eagerness to grow with a pilot project in an expanding market and be a part of a growing international team. (Focus on the Nordics) 
• Willingness to work onsite at our coworking office in Vladimira Popovića 50, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia.

Job Description 

• Provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers.  
• Prepare and format quotations, deal articles (depending on the situation – but KAM is responsible for the correctness),  presentations, and client proposals  
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system  
• Contracts, and documentation together with KAM/Team leader when needed   
• Supporting the team in looking for accommodation. Handling communication with the landlords.  
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader

The yearly net salary for this position is, structured as follows:  
Base salary: € 12 000 net/year (fixed)   
Commission (paid on quarterly basis):  
The bonus will be determined based on performance and % of the targets reached. Will be discussed further during the interview 

Your bonus/commission will increase accordingly: the better your performance, the higher your earnings.  

Start Date: Shooting for February/ March 2026 (or earlier/later by mutual agreement)
