Responsibilities:

Project planning and process development, including verifying the technological process, purchasing the machines, developing the layout and personnel demand
Make the debugging plan and track the CTF
Responsible for control plan, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Train the production staff, create training and evaluation materials
Lead PPAP audits, product and 4M change after SOP
Responsible for mass production technology management, including controlling and updating technology requirement and files, solving quality problems from clients or site, and promote product integrative competence

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majors related to planning and engineering
Required project management experience and automotive experience
High proficiency in English language
Good at communicating, negotiation and teamwork
Familiar with Quality control tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP
