Project Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to support and lead projects within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement, product quality, and operational efficiency.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Quality, Procurement) and active participation in new product development and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of new projects (from concept to mass production)
• Plan and monitor project activities (timeline, cost, resources)
• Analyze production processes and propose improvements
• Support new product introduction and lead PPAP activities
• Collaborate with suppliers and provide technical support
• Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions
• Communicate with customers regarding technical and quality topics
• Drive quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation (APQP, audits, reports)
• Coordinate activities across different departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (junior candidates are also encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies such as: APQP, PPAP (advantage)
• Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma (advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• English – intermediate to advanced level
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
