About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of photovoltaic (PV) energy storage and charging pile projects across the Western Balkans region. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery, quality assurance, coordination with stakeholders, and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage photovoltaic energy storage and charging pile projects in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and local partners
  • Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance
  • Monitor on-site progress and ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare project reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

Recruitment Requirements

  • Native in Serbian language, with strong proficiency in English
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in delivering photovoltaic (PV) projects
  • Possession of 451, 452, or 410/441 engineer certification (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work on-site according to project demands
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
