Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from quotation and planning phase through SOP (Start of Production) and production stabilization
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure timely alignment and information sharing among cross-functional stakeholders during project planning, equipment installation, and production launch phases.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and headquarters to ensure alignment on technical and commercial requirements
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer milestones (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Manage installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of production equipment and automated lines
• Identify and mitigate project risks, deviations, and changes in scope
• Organize FAT/SAT testing and process validation activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Monitor KPIs and regularly report project status to management
• Support implementation of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in automotive or manufacturing environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Experience working with international teams and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and automotive project methodologies
• Experience with production lines, automation, and industrial equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems
