Legion Games — We Are Hiring a Project Manager

Legion Games is expanding, and we are looking for a Project Manager who will take full responsibility for launching new locations and supporting the development of our existing clubs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end projects for opening new gaming clubs — from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate contractors: construction, equipment suppliers, furniture, and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality of work.
  • Set up internal processes after a club is launched.
  • Propose ideas and initiatives to develop our clubs and attract the local Serbian audience.
  • Organize procurement, logistics, and documentation.
  • Participate in team formation and collaborate with administrators.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or operational management.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and solve problems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and independence.
  • Basic understanding of IT, hardware, and renovation processes is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
