Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized mid-level Project Manager to support the successful delivery of game-related initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating projects within the Games area, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-up across the full project lifecycle. It is well suited for someone who thrives in structured environments and has solid experience with Waterfall project management, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Game Development, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of industry trends
Keys Responsibilities
- In this role, you will coordinate and manage projects related to the Games domain, working across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will help drive alignment, improve processes, and maintain clear visibility on project progress and milestones.
- You will collaborate closely with departments such as Product, Development, QA, Release Management, and Operations, facilitating coordination and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- A key responsibility will be identifying operational bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, delivery, and closure—are clearly tracked, documented, and communicated.
- The role may also involve occasional collaboration with customers or client-facing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.
