Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Project Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment for blue collar positions within our automotive manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely fulfillment of workforce needs to support production targets, ramp-ups, and new project launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for production operators, technicians, warehouse and quality staff
  • Coordinate high-volume hiring projects in line with manpower planning
  • Partner with Production and other departments to meet staffing deadlines
  • Implement sourcing strategies aligned with local labor market conditions
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
