Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Project Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment for blue collar positions within our automotive manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely fulfillment of workforce needs to support production targets, ramp-ups, and new project launches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for production operators, technicians, warehouse and quality staff
Coordinate high-volume hiring projects in line with manpower planning
Partner with Production and other departments to meet staffing deadlines
Implement sourcing strategies aligned with local labor market conditions
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Proficiency in English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
