Purchase to Pay Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and tracking purchases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control and finance, to ensure purchase orders align with company needs and budget constraints.
• Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions and generate reports for senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chemical production and procurement best practices.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in chemical production, automotive or engineering could be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within production, automotive, chemicals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent excel skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Proficient in English and Serbian.
