Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and control the company’s purchasing activity, including but not limited to: establishment and follow up of procurement plan, leading tenders and contract management, creation and processing of purchase orders in the company ERP system (SAP)
  • Master data management for customers, vendors and products
  • Price management follow up (follow price validations and maintenance in SAP)
  • Reports to Finance Director

Your profile:

  • Experience in Purchasing and Master Data Management
  • Experience with SAP is a strong advantage (MM and SD modules)
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power Automate knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • University degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Ethics and Integrity: a strong commitment to ethical behavior and a high level of integrity are essential in this role, as Purchasing and Master Data Manager works in multinational environment covering several countries including Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia.

Duration:

  • Fixed-term employment as a replacement during maternity and parental leave
  • Minimum expected duration: 2 years, with the possibility of extension
