QA/QC Manager (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Deep knowledge of IEC/BS/SRPS electrical installation standards, testing methods, and inspection techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and project document management systems.
• Familiar with FIDIC contract quality obligations.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Serbian language (spoken/written) and familiarity with Serbian regulations / local approval & compliance processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead QA/QC role.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Additional certifications in IEC/SRPS electrical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and related quality procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Client quality requirements.
• Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality control documentation before submission to the Client/Consultant.
• Oversee all site inspection and testing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and final closure verification.
• Review and approve Material Approval Submissions (MAS), ensuring that only Client-approved materials with valid certifications are used on site.
• Act as the primary quality representative in communications and meetings with the Client/Consultant regarding quality related matters.
• Coordinate and support site quality audits, inspections, and third-party assessments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Plan and lead internal quality audits, prepare audit reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed timelines.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of the Quality Dossier for project handover, including inspection records, test reports, material approvals, and O&M documentation.
• Provide regular quality status reports to the Project Manager and senior stakeholders and support project meetings as required
