QC Engineer

In Europe, CRBC proudly emphasizes completed or ongoing projects such as the project of Zemun – Borca Bridge with the accompanying roads, three sections in length of 56km on the E-763 highway in Serbia, Smokovac – Matesevo Highway in Montenegro, M5/E271 Minsk – Gomel road rehabilitation Project in Belarus, and the Project of construction of the Peljesac bridge with accompanying roads in Croatia. CRBC also participated in the construction of the railway connecting Belgrade-Budapest (Serbian side).

One of the major infrastructure projects executed by China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is the construction of the Fruška Gora Corridor. Launched in May 2021, this project envisions a modern expressway connecting Novi Sad and Ruma. The corridor will include two tunnels (Iriški Venac and Širine), 46 bridges, 10 overpasses, and 14 grade-separated interchanges, making it one of the most complex and significant road developments in the region. 

We are looking for:  QC Engineer (Quality Department)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of site inspection plan.
• Responsible for organizing site inspection in order to determine whether activities on site are done according to standards and design.
• Preparation of RIA for site work.
• Preparation of documents regarding controlling quality - Material Approval Requests.
• Preparation of Concrete Design Book for the structure.
• Keep a good relationship with the laboratories.
• Organize sample testing, update, and save test records.
• Manage and supervise suppliers’ and subcontractors’ construction quality.
• Checking the concrete report and material test report.
• Being able to understand design documents and drawings.
• Preparation of quality documents for measurement and approval by supervisors.
• Complete other tasks assigned by project requirements, QA/QC Manager, or the Contractor’s Representative.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from the Technical Faculty or similar.
• Understanding of engineering technologies, construction procedures, and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of the English language.
