Position Summary: 

We are looking for a QEMS Engineer to support the Quality Management System in the automotive industry. This role actively participates in implementing quality processes and programs, manages documentation, supports audits, and ensures compliance with standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring KPI indicators, conducting audits (process, product, LPA), training employees, performing risk and opportunity analysis, and preparing management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Quality Management System processes (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Manage process documentation and archives.
  • Participate in audits and prepare corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor KPI indicators and perform risk analysis.
  • Conduct employee training on QMS topics.
  • Prepare reports for plant management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree (organizational, management, or technical field).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Intermediate level of English (writing, reading, conversation).
  • Understanding of process approach, APQP principles, and problem-solving methods.
  • Advantage: experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of core tools, SharePoint, VDA certifications.
