Qualified Accountant

DESCRIPTION

Archimede Solutions SARL is looking for Qualified Accountants with an excellent level of English. The candidates must have a formal qualification in accounting, including VAT and tax reporting (preferably from a University or business school) and an excellent level of English. The work can be performed remotely from home. Full time and part time applications are welcome. Work time is flexible and most of the time the selected candidate will have the possibility to adapt his/her work hours according to his/her preferences.

DUTIES FOR ALL CANDIDATES

• Handle accounting tasks, including recording revenues and charges
• Prepare invoices, salaries, and payments
• Perform administrative tasks, such as social charges and tax reporting, including VAT reporting
• Prepare financial and activity reports
• Handle incoming email messages and registration processes
• Budget planning and monitoring
• Review and validate financial reports
• Handles incoming queries on accounting matters

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Formal qualification in accounting
• Excellent level of English (C1), both written and spoken
• Proficient with Excel
• Capacity to work autonomously and in a team
• Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details
• Ability to work remotely

Desired:

• University degree
• 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience
