Quality Assurance Engineer

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles on ELV or LV construction projects, with demonstrated experience in ITP preparation, document management, and NCR administration.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for drawing review purposes.
• Familiarity with IEC/BS/SRPS ELV and LV installation standards.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Serbian language (spoken/written) and familiarity with Serbian regulations / local approval & compliance processes.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in coordination with the QA/QC Manager.
• Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for ELV and LV system activities, including defining hold, witness, and review points with the Client/Consultant.
• Prepare and submit method statements for installation, testing, and other project activities in compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and compile Material Approval Submissions (MAS), including technical documentation, certificates, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Design teams to ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Maintain and monitor the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) register, track corrective actions, and support the closure process.
• Participate in internal quality audits, prepare audit documentation, record findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support Client/Consultant inspections and quality reviews, ensuring required documentation and inspection records are prepared and available.
• Assist in preparing the project quality documentation for final handover, including inspection records, test reports, and quality dossiers.
• Prepare regular QA/QC reports and coordinate closely with the Document Controller to ensure proper document registration and tracking.
