Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Quality Assurance Engineer — someone eager to gain knowledge and skills in the automotive sector and support our Quality team in working with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a customer contact for quality-related topics 
- Train employees in root cause analysis of customer complaints and returns; support corrective actions
- Provide technical training to quality department personnel
- Create work instructions and operating procedures for new or modified processes, including rework instructions
- Interpret standards, specifications, and quality requirements for customer inspections
- Assist in preparing control plans for each part to ensure consistent product quality
- Ensure final products meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate inspection and testing records as required by the quality plan
- Participate in regular and ad-hoc production quality checks

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite minimum)
Educational background: minimum VI degree in technical or organizational field (preferred)
Interest in learning ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 standards
