For our location in Svilajnac we are looking for a:
Quality Complaint Coordinator

YOUR TASKS

• Administrative and operational management of supplier complaints from receipt to closure in accordance with internal processes
• Creation, maintenance and updating of complaint cases in NCR / quality systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Verification of all relevant complaint information (quantities, defect descriptions, pictures and supporting evidence) prior to further processing
• Preparation and distribution of complaint documentation to suppliers in line with defined procedures
• Monitoring supplier responses, deadlines, containment and corrective actions, including escalation of overdue or incomplete feedback
• Preparation of status reports and maintaining transparency of all open and closed complaints
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Quality, Purchasing and teams in Basel
• Ensuring complete, traceable and audit-compliant documentation at all times
• Supporting improvement of data quality and stability of complaint management processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial, technical or administrative education
• Experience in complaint handling, quality administration, order coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Basic technical understanding, ideally in electronics or lighting technology
• Experience with ERP systems, 8D methodology or quality management systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Persistence and reliability in following open topics
• Confident communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German and/or French are an advantage
