From 2023. company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work under name of Lear corporation. We are working on 3 sites in Inđija, Lazarevac and Lajkovac.

Position overview:

Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and customer requirements within production are met. This includes resolving quality claims, supporting quality processes, and driving improvements of quality KPIs across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily tracking of quality KPIs and participating in preparing and implementing action plans for its improvement
• Preparation of reports related to errors and nonconformities on a weekly basis (Pareto Chart)
• Working in Lear and Customer portals and software for quality tracking
• Supporting quality inspectors in their daily tasks
• Validation of lines and approval of production line readiness
• Participating in audits
• Supporting PFMEA and Control plan activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes

Key skills and Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in quality area or technical sciences
• Previous experience in quality in automotive or similar industry minimum 3 years
• Good knowledge and practical experience in using quality tools
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Desired knowledge of IATF 16949 and other automotive standards
