Quality Manager

On behalf of our client, a successful international company, Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Quality Manager.

Job Description:

• Organization, professional and project management of the Quality Department
• Planning, organizing, and supervising employees and work processes
• Preparation and alignment of internal and professional documentation, as well as operational procedures
• Managing and participating in projects related to quality and environmental protection
• Implementation and supervision of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
• Ensuring full compliance with company standards in business processes
• Representing the company during internal and external audits (customers, suppliers, certification bodies)
• Monitoring and managing complaint processes (customer, supplier, internal)
• Developing policies, procedures, reports, and analyses quality
• Monitoring cost of poor quality and proposing corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

• University degree (bachelor’s or higher)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within an international company
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Responsible, proactive, and motivated for professional growth
• Willingness to travel occasionally
