We are looking for:

Quality Project Specialist (m/f/d) to support our Quality department in Berlin.

Tasks

• Creating clear, engaging, and audience-specific presentations.
• Tailoring content to suit internal stakeholders (e.g., management, teams) and external audiences (e.g., clients, partners).
• Performing on-site inspections to assess compliance with standards, processes, and safety regulations.
• Identifying areas for optimization and documenting findings within project documentation.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to introduce machinery and/or engines – having a constant project overview for the site 
• Ensuring timely submission of project contents applications for both new certifications and renewals. 
• Liaising with relevant authorities, certification bodies, and internal departments. 
• Monitoring deadlines and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
• Reviewing customer and supplier contracts with a focus on quality assurance requirements.

Requirements

• University degree or similar with work experience in the field of aircraft/engine technical records and or chemical/pharmaceutical industry with experience in machine planning
• Knowledge of technical processes related to engine MRO and/or aviation and compliance/quality
• Project Management Certificates/Qualification 
• Good IT skills, in particular MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple duties / priorities on a daily basis
• Affinity for quality issues
• Willingness to work in an international environment 
• Detail-oriented, structured and able to prioritize
• Very good and assured knowledge of the English, German desired
