We are looking for:

Quality Systems and Administration Intern

Tasks

• Administration of databases and excel sheets in Quality Systems and Administration (MEQS) department
• Checking of documentation according to predefined templates and routines
• Administration of meeting minutes and task lists for MEQS department
• Writing of reports for multiple purposes in MEQS department
• Following all relevant rulebooks and procedures defined in MTU Serbia
• Active participation in teams meeting related to process improvements / problem solving
• All other tasks defined by direct superior which are in relation to defined area of work and responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Student of technical sciences
• Proficient use of Excel and Word
• Teamwork and analytical approach
• English language
